RECO technology, based on the removal of material by grinding, allows a high quality of surface preparation to be obtained in the field of the TERMINATION OF COMPLEX SURFACES. The most widely used cutting tool is the grinding wheel for cutting material by abrasion in avery precise manner (microns). The choice of type of grinding wheel depends on a large number of factors such as.

  • Initial surface state of the part
  • Shape of the part
  • Nature of the part material
  • Type of lubricant and its pressure on the part
  • Surface termination and final quality required

BULA technology, based on the mechanical brushing (abrasion) of parts with or without polishing compounder, enables a high quality of surface polish to be obtained in the field of the FINISHING OF COMPLEX SURFACES.

With a judicious combination of brush and compound, parts can be given an optimal treatment. The brushes or disks can be of very diverse nature, form and dimensions according to the type of operations to be performed. There are 2 types of polishing compound: liquid and solid. Solid compounds come in various compositions according to the operations to carry out, such as: brushing - lapping - felt polishing - polishing - brightening. Liquid compounds are generally similar in composition but in a state enabling a very precise quantity of compound to be injected on to the brush. The use of brushes or disks and choice of polishing compound depends on a large number of factors such as:
